In my busyness (not business), I tend to take some things for granted. They are important but because they have always been there I forget how indispensable they are. Being a planner is not an easy task. It consumes much of my time and organizational skills. It also gives too much physical and mental fatigue, in short it’s a stressful yet glamorous job. A gazillion of details to attend and retained in mind. After a very tiring day of several meetings stuck in a traffic for 2 -3 hours , Sanlo Salabat is a big help in relieving my body aches & headaches. It relaxes my mind and muscles too. Everytime I feel a threat of flu or fever, I just drink Sanlo Salabat and it helps a great deal . As a matter of fact, Sanlo Salabat has been a “must have” in my traveling kit. When we travelled to Europe , I had a daily cup at night after the long hours of walk. I highly recommend it!

My favorite is the Salabat with Turmeric. It is very helpful in my preparation for fun runs (I join 5K, 10K and 16K runs) since it gives a cleansing effect in the stomach and clearing effect in the lungs. It is a very good substitute for coffee as well. Actually its better than coffee since I don’t get palpitations even if I drink more than 4 mugs in one day (unlike coffee where I get palpitations after the 3rd mug). I drink Sanlo Salabat hot in the morning and cold for the rest of the day. Cheers!

I have been recommending salabat tea (Sanlo) to my patients and my relatives and friends because it is a natural organic treatment for many illnesses like sore throat due to its active substance gingerol.
